It was only in the last few years that I learned how powerful the goal setting process can be. I want to share my process in case it might be helpful, and so I can provide updates to be held accountable. In this post, I'm going to share the action plan I drafted in early January 2017. I'll report my progress in late November (or early December), and will provide a full status update in January, only a few short months away.
